•Mario has been in the biotechnology/ pharmaceutical industry for 25+ years with extensive experience in basic research, development, quality, manufacturing and regulatory functions in support of protein and small molecule development of biopharmaceuticals/pharmaceuticals. He has participated in the development and regulatory filings (BLA/eCTD) of several approved therapeutics, including Alferon-N®, Amevive®, Sucraid®, … He has authored/co-authored 70+ publications and co-inventor in 4 patents. He has also founded or co-founded several companies, including Blue Stream Laboratories, Oncovolution and Therabene.

• Lindy is a highly experienced professional with 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working for a number of major global companies, including Sanofi, Takeda, AbbVie and Pfizer in various organizational roles. She is very familiar and highly well versed with the drug development lifecycle and the economics of drug development.

Lindy has received a bachelors degree in chemistry from Wuhan University (China) and a masters degree in analytical chemistry from Northeastern University.

•Zoser has over 22 years of entrepreneurial management and leadership, He has a track record of transforming startup companies of his own into multi Million operation by growing and scaling the business, cutting cost, and creating an attractive model for acquisition. Mr. Mohamed’s background is in chemistry and business administration with a great working knowledge of private and public businesses and extremely knowledgeable with laboratories operation, compliance, Medical Care business management as well as sales and Marketing.

Dr. Salah Saleh is the founder and CEO of Amel Group, a leading company in the field of military tactic/strategic training simulation. Dr. Saleh founded Amel Group with over 20 years’ experience in both domestic and international executive positions. Dr. Saleh also carries a wealth of knowledge in the field of product development, marketing and managing strategic international projects. Prior to founding Amel Group, Dr. Saleh was the VP MENA at Atlantis Systems International; a trailblazer in the military training simulation and defense industry. Before joining Atlantis, Dr. Saleh was a Senior Assurance Manager with responsibilities in Quality Management, including Reliability & Maintainability engineering, and configuration management at Honeywell Aerospace. Strategically, Dr. Saleh is an expert in diversifying organizational strategy and is committed to creating/facilitating opportunities for technological advancements. He is keen on exploring scientific breakthroughs and is able to see the advantages, both economically and geographically, of each project. Educationally, Dr. Saleh holds a BSc. in Power Mechanical Engineering, Multi-certificates and awards in Project Management, quality management, and International Business Administration, and, most notably, a PHD in Economics.

Valerie Bozanis has over 15 years’ experience as a senior Executive Assistant. Valerie has an expert level of actively assisting top level management and directors in a vast range of subjects and international projects while representing the organization’s image in a professional and diplomatic manor.

Valerie has completed professional studies in Business, particularly in Marketing. She worked in various customer service entities before starting her career as an Executive Assistant working in the personal injury industry at a Neuropsychological Assessment Clinic facilitating administration between Legal Professionals and Insurance Companies on behalf of claimants who may have sustained Brain Injuries. Valerie began to expand her skills as an Executive Assistant to Mr. Salah Saleh, CEO of Amel Group Inc., a successful international organization specializing in Defence Simulation and management for projects including Glass Manufacturing and Water Technologies. Valerie Bozanis also has obtained certification from the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and is an active Registered Real Estate Professional in Ontario, Canada and good standing with the Canadian Real Estate Association.

In addition to her duties in her professional career, Valerie volunteers her time in her community and has served on the Public Liaison Committee for her local Municipality. She sponsors various children’s active sports teams and donates to various non-profit groups benefiting various causes.
